These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bina mobile application ("App") and related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Bina Languages, a sole proprietorship operated by Joshua Weimer ("Bina," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 9 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's permission.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Subscriptions and Billing

Bina offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Prices, durations, and terms are displayed in the App before purchase.

Free Trials (if offered)

If you start a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged.

Content and License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. All intellectual property rights in the App and Service are owned by Bina or its licensors.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use, host, and process your content to provide and improve the Service.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• Misuse or scrape the Service at scale.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bina is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Bina Languages operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.
